Notice to customers residing in the USA
Our carrier BPOST is temporarily suspending all deliveries to the United States because its software platform is not yet operational for the new US taxes.
However, their express service uses the private network of DHL EXPRESS, which has the capacity to clear packages in advance using the platform required by US customs.   The price is three times higher, and we will bear part of the cost.   As soon as BPOST has finalized the integration of the US customs platform, the shipping price will return to normal.
We apologize for this situation.
